2. When the machine is running, no one is allowed to stand in the rotating surface of the crusher.
3. During operation, personnel shall not use their hands to take large ore or other articles entering the machine.
4. The feeding specification of crusher shall not exceed 0.85 times of the size of ore mouth.
5. Jaw crusher must be started without load.
6. Jaw crusher is suitable for crushing hard and medium hard ores.

II. Preparation and inspection before operation


1. Before starting the crusher, check whether the lubrication points are normal and whether there is blockage or oil leakage.
2. Operate the handle dry oil pump to make each lubricating point have enough oil and add oil.
3. Check whether all instruments are in good condition.
4. Adjust the ore discharge outlet.
5. Check whether there is ore or other non broken materials in the crushing chamber.
6. The tension of V-belt and locking spring shall be moderate.
7. Check whether the electrical interlocking device, light connection number and all protective facilities are complete and normal.
8. Check whether the connecting bolts are loose.



III. starting operation method


1. Start the vacuum system first.
2. After receiving the signal of the lower process flow, start the jaw crusher without load.
3. After the jaw crusher operates normally, start the trough feeder for ore feeding.



IV. stop operation and emergency stop handling


1. The crusher can only be stopped after all ores are removed.
2. The ore feeding system (i.e. trough feeder) shall be stopped before stopping.
3. Stop the vacuum cleaner and water supply system after 5 minutes.

4. In case of the following situations, emergency stop shall be conducted:
(1) the temperature of the main bearing or movable jaw shaft rises rapidly more than 80 ℃, and the surface phenomenon is that the back of the hand can not touch the bearing seat for one second.
(2) the front or rear thrust plate is broken.
(3) when the belt bolt or other driving parts are loose and broken, it may fly out and hurt people.
(4) motor smoke & ldquo; scavenging & rdquo;.



V. monitoring in operation
1. Oil (grease) supply to all parts shall be normal.
2. The bearing temperature shall not exceed 60 ℃.
3. There is no abnormal change in all electrical instruments.
4. There is no abnormal sound in each part, and no non broken hard objects fall into it.
