Test whether there is rock or other debris in the crushing cavity, and if necessary, clean it.
2. Operation of jaw crusher
After testing, it is proved that the condition of the machine and the driving part is normal, and then it can be started. The machine can only be operated under no-load conditions. After starting, if there is any abnormal situation, you should stop and wait for the identified factors to eliminate the hidden dangers, and then start again.
3. Repair and application of jaw crusher
After the crusher operates normally, it can be fed. The materials to be crushed should be enlarged in the crushing cavity symmetrically, and side feeding should be avoided to prevent sudden changes in load or unilateral surge. Under normal operating conditions, the temperature rise of the bearing should not be greater than 35 ° C, and the high temperature should not be greater than 70 ° C. Otherwise, it should be stopped and the factors should be cleaned. Before stopping, the feeding should be stopped first. After the crushed material in the crushing chamber is completely emptied, the motor can be shut down. In operation, if the operation is stopped due to the material in the crushing chamber being blocked, the motor should be shut down and the material can be used again after it is removed. After one end of the jaw plate is worn, it can be turned around.
